That's quite enigmatic. Which is probably half the point of course. I've read it at least 5 times already and I am still not entirely sure what's going on.
Then again, proper poetry doesn't always need to tell the reader what's going on. Sometimes it is simply the rhythm and cadence of the words that do it. The reader will - if discerning - assume there is *something* going on, like some kind of meaning I mean, even if there isn't any. In which case, the poet has done their work well.
